This page is provided in English for the convenience of non-French-speaking visitors. The original, legally binding version is in French and available at azurcollectif.fr/politique-confidentialite.html. In case of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.

This policy explains what data is collected on the Azur Collectif website (azurcollectif.fr), why, and how you can exercise your rights, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data controller

The data controller for this website is Dorian Raubaly, the site's publisher, reachable via WhatsApp at +33 6 25 09 16 17.

The site does not yet have a dedicated email address. Contact is currently exclusively via WhatsApp. This policy will be updated if an email address is created.

2. Data collected

This site collects data in two specific cases:

a) Contact form

When you fill out the site's form, the following data is sent directly via WhatsApp message to the collective:

This data is not stored in a server or database: the form directly opens a pre-filled WhatsApp conversation. Once sent, the conversation is hosted by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.), under its own privacy policy.

b) Audience measurement (Google Analytics)

This site uses (or plans to use) Google Analytics to measure site traffic (pages viewed, time spent, traffic sources). This tool places cookies on your browser.

These cookies are only placed with your consent, collected via the banner shown on your first visit. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's cookies or by contacting us.

3. Data retention period

WhatsApp conversations: retained according to WhatsApp's own settings, until manually deleted by either party.
Google Analytics data: retained for a maximum of 14 months (Google Analytics default setting), aggregated and anonymised as much as possible.

4. Data recipients

Data sent via WhatsApp is received by the collective (Dorian Raubaly or the professional contacted directly) and is never sold, rented, or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. Audience measurement data is processed by Google (Google Ireland Limited), under Google Analytics' own rules.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Right of access: know what data is held about you
Right to rectification: correct inaccurate data
Right to erasure: request deletion of your data
Right to object: object to the processing of your data

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French Data Protection Authority): www.cnil.fr.

6. Cookies

A consent banner is displayed on your first visit, allowing you to accept or decline audience-measurement cookies. Aside from these cookies, the site does not use any other advertising or profiling trackers.

7. Security

This site is hosted by Hostinger, which applies its own security measures to protect data passing through its servers. No contact database is stored directly on the site.
